I purchased one of these tape dispenser from a very good retailer on ebay and had to contact them because the tension screw on the dispenser was solid and would not move so could not be altered. I received a second tape dispenser with a view that the first was faulty, but the second is just as the first and can''t be tightened or loosened, so you may as well use a roll of tape by hand as you get as much tension......in short....a bit useless!

Seems good but after 2boxes, the plastic appendix broke
