Can I make a return if my product is faulty?
Yes, all of our products come with a guarantee. Hand tools are guaranteed for a lifetime and power tools are guaranteed for 3 years. To activate your guarantee you must register your product on the Silverline website within 30 days of purchase. Should your product develop a fault within 30 days, please return it to the stockist you bought it from along with your receipt. If a fault develops after 30 days, a guarantee claim form must be submitted from the Support page. You will need details from your original receipt to validate your claim.

We recommend that all items are sent by registered mail or courier and that the products are well packed and secure. Please note that the Silverline guarantee does not cover carriage or postal costs.

Of course! You can ask us a technical question by going to the Support page and selecting 'Technical' in the drop down menu. Your question will then be sent to our technical team who will respond to you as soon as possible.

After registering your product, a copy of your guarantee certificate will be emailed to you for download.
What is happening with my returned product?
All returned products are inspected by our experienced technicians. Products are normally repaired and claims completed within 3-4 days, although some may take a little longer depending on repair times.
