If your product has developed a problem within 30 days, please return it to your supplying retailer along with your proof of purchase and they will resolve the problem with the manufacturers support.

Products over 30 days from purchase date

Registering your product within 30 days of purchase extends your guarantee for up to 3-Years for power tools or Forever for hand tools. The Guarantee Certificate issued during this registration procedure together with your original sales receipt will be required to proceed.


Once you have completed and submitted this form, you will receive a claim reference and shipping instruction in order to proceed.
