Ni le guide latéral, ni le guide de profondeur ne sont d''équerre, quasi impossible de faire une feuillure avec des angle à 90° à moins de retoucher tout les guides à la lime. La croix de découpe pour les feuillures latérales, n''est même pas un peu affutée, dans du sapin ça va, dans du chataignier, rien. Dommage le rabot est bien équilibré et coupe très bien.

This is a great rebate plane and an absolute bargain! A few minutes working through progressively fine grades of wet or dry paper made the sole dead flat and polished. Similarly a little work honing the blade has produced a very usable tool. As long as you don''''t expect to use it straight out of the box I don''''t think you''''ll be disappointed!
