Bought this to remove a stubborn/immovable brand new oil filter... Only it really wouldn''t grip the filter tight enough... (It was the right size). It removed the paint form filter but I don''t think the teeth are aggressive enough to bite into/onto the filter. I had to resort to driving a screwdriver through filter to wrench the filter off.
