A brilliantly priced piece of kit for the job. This saw did exactly what was required: sawed through floorboards, quickly and neatly, without scoring the adjacent floorboards. It is sharp and well designed. I only need it for DIY in the home, I do not know what it''s longevity will be for more permanent use (for a professional). But the price is so reasonable, I can only say it is perfect for what I need and highly recommended.
