This is a generic handle ratchet pipe cutter. It does the job well. It seems fairly strong and cuts as well as others I have had. Downsides -the plastic handle is in two halves and these have uncomfortable sharp edges. It''s easy to file or rub them off and make smooth but annoying, considering the blurb says "Ergonomic plastic handle for comfort during use." The space for a spare cutter wheel is conspicuously empty.
