Purchased 6-off these ropes. After 3 months and very little use have found that they are becoming loose around the hook where the individual strands of the rope is fraying. Not really fit for purpose and very unhappy. Would like to hear from Silverline regarding Guarantee (forever)

during the first time we used it the rope all opened up on one side sent it back to amaazon
