I purchased this to use while out in the woods carving with my knives and I have to that it is the ideal size for a hobby knife application. Being a butcher of many years I’ve used various sharpeners and to have a handy pocket sized sharpener is a god send. I will say that the actual hand does not have a grippy surface and feels like cheap plastic, but as for the size and functionality, it’s fine.
