Well made good quality product. Purchased to make cleaning my Defender easier. With the telescopic handle extended those hard to reach areas are made easy. The tap allows for easy reduction of water flow. The brush bristles are well made and the foam hand grips help to keep a firm hold on the pole. In summer I intend to use the cleaner on the house windows.

i bought this as i struggled to find a more industrial item, rather than being seduced by it''s low price. it is however false economy...... i purchased it to clean my hightop transit work vehicle. the first time i used it, the brush-head kept turning loose. very irritating. the second time i used it, i tightened it more firmly, and the female thread inside the plastic brush-head split open. even more irritating. as the item came with a lifetime warranty, i followed this route initially, but the cost of returning it and the time/effort involved for me made it barely worth what i paid for it. consequently, i glued the pole into the head and continue to use it. the tap featured on the hose fitting is useful, but is so feeble, i''m not sure if that or my glued repair will fail first! once it goes, i''ll be happy to stuff it in the bin and never buy silverline tat again.
