Bought this expecting it to fit the Silverline 350W drill press. It doesn''t fit. There''s a difference in spacing between the drill press mounting slots on the drill press and on the vice. It would have been wonderful if the manufacturer had indicated which of their drill presses this vice fits (if indeed it fits any of them!)

Well made item with easy adjustments Makes a good clamp as well as being a good vice for the drill stand.

Although I have yet to use it for the purpose it was intended, I have had a good look at it. It is well made and quite robust. The sharp edges that some people have complained about are easily removed with a small file and I am impressed with the rest of the finish - the cast iron is either ground or painted and the threaded rod is chromed.
