I purchased this product less than two years ago and one bolt get unclaped and, as the screw thread is dammaged its impossible to get it tight again therefore the product is useless ... due to a bolt not properly tight!!

These loppers, although they work exceedingly efficiently cannot be described as ratcheting, because they are not. Consequently I have given them 2 stars only

There is no ratchet mechanism on these!!! This is totally misleading
