very light and easy for my wife to use. I have to stoop awkwardly to pull it so it''s easier for me to carry it. I''m not exceptionally tall. well made and easy to assemble with a little common sense. the hose has to be unravelled completely before use as, despite having an angled connector it still twists the hose preventing the water flow, that said, it makes it easy to store the hose neatly in the garden shed without it getting damaged

The product is a third of the cost of the other trolley I was considering and given the lifetime warranty I went for the Silverline unit after experiencing the warranty process with a backpack sprayer The unit was simplistic in fitting the house and getting it operational and keeps 50 meters of hose tidy It’s so effortless to use and takes the hassle of out of working a 50 meter hose I’d recommend Silverline products without hesitation and the product was not only a quarter of the cost but with a lifetime warranty how can you not recommend Silverline products It was also so simple to register the hose cart on the web so well done Silverline and you’ve made me a happy😃 customer

The instructions supplied lack clarity and after a week, still can''t fix wheels because there is no indication how this is done. Instruction parts list show now items to fix wheels to axles. There is no indication of a customer service e`mail address to gain help. The customer service on the website does not respond to enquiries
