The screw heads broke off on their first insertion into the manhole the alloy it''s mode of is far too weak !! and so far the retailer has refused to give me a refund !!!h

Absolute rubbish! Do not buy these, they are not fit for purpose, mine snapped off cleanly at the base of the male threads on two of the rods on first light usage. One rod and attachment left in drain! Had to get drain specialist in at a cost of £150 to recover lost rod. Take a look at Amazon or Toolstation comments and be warned. Had to rate as one star because there is no zero!

I bought them in an emergency, to sort a blocked drain. They are a good stand by for blocked drains, excellent with a brush fro chimney sweeping & come in very useful when you need a long pole.
