Usually rate Silverline product as they are well priced but do the job well. This 10.8V Multi-tool is the exception. First once shook itself apart in 5 minutes, the battery fell out, the retaining clips broken. I had a replacement the same day & the same thing happened only quicker - it fell apart in 30 seconds. I then bought an Ebauer multi-tool which did the job no problem & only £15 more.
