The first package delivered to me was “dead on arrival” but the microscopic size and inadequate content of the manual meant it took hours to determine what was wrong and what to do then. A second item was delivered next day that was in good order. After charging (not really necessary) product was excellent with all functions working as specified - brilliant. A telephone support line would have helped.

With extremely cold weather, the 16 year old 4x4 battery was not staying fully charged as short trips were not charging it, so just in case, the jump start was purchased as a safety net. And yes, a poor starter motor turn was boosted when the jump start battery was used. It also charged a smartphone and ipad, so overall, a very useful back up.

Lithuim is the future of battery powered tools & equipment. A huge step change. The power bank & jump starter is a brilliant, well designed tool. But I have one criticism - the instruction booklet is printed in such small typeface it''s unreadable - come on - you can do better than that !

Compact, lightweight and easy to keep in the glove box. Handy usb charging port, plus an emergency led torch. good value which could only be improved if a cigarette lighter charging adapter could be used to ensure it always has full charge. I do not think that it would be needed a sit states that the unit will hold charge for an extremely long time, but just an observation for those of us who are absent minded and would probably forget to keep a check on it until it was required to be used. All in all a good well priced product from a reputable, well known, company renowned for its high quality products.

If your battery or alternator are not up to a job get that jump starter!!! My battery failed and even 2 days on trickle charger wouldn’t get my car started. After charging jump starter for 2 hours my car started with a touch of a button and bare in mind that it’s rated to 2.2 petrol engine and my car is 2.0 with battery that failed to charge. After starting my car it was still showing full charge in front 5 leds!!! Only downside is that you have to charge it using mains and can not charge it using usb or something like that. Very happy with my purchase

Worked well. fully charged after three hours and easily connected to car battery and the car started at first attempt. Power bank small enough to keep in glove box and reassuring knowing it''s there if car battery fails away from home. Make sure charging adapter fully engaged in power bank socket or it will tell you there is a fault and not charge.

Used this to start my car, left lights on battery completely flat. Started the car like it was using its own battery. My son also used this while camping charged his phone and camera all weekend used the built light as well. Build quality great. 5 star product.
