I''m rebuilding my motorbike engine and bought this specifically to aid the re-fitting of the kickstart return spring .....wow! it made it a doddle. I''m 72 and have worked, since a was a teenager, on bikes, cars and general DIY and now wish I''d got one of these years ago.

Perfect for pulling springs, after trying to do the job with cable ties this tool makes it a breeze. Maybe it could be a bit longer but does not take away from the fact that it works great!

Hello, it is good, it seems perfect to certain jobs related to brakes and egr valve. I have no tried it yet ; but it is necessary or very convenient to do some jobs

I am restoring an old military jeep with drum brakes all round. Servicing them means taking off and installing many springs. Like most of us I have previously reached for an old screwdriver or pliars to prise a spring from or on to its clip and had them fly into the back of the garage, bent the wire end - or ping dangerously close to an eye! For about the price of a pint I now have a Silverline Spring Hook. It''s a doddle to use and a real time and eyesight saver (you still need your safety glasses or goggles though) - Aha!
